If I secure a job in Dubai while on a Visit Visa, what would be the cost if I went through an agent there to secure a Residence Visa for future employment there? Thanks in advance. :?:

Your new employer should cover the cost, its part of the contract deal.

does the new national ID card covers all id's? like drivers licenses, medical insurances, & residency id?

No, its a new ID. This eventually allows you access to Government services, but you will still need all the other cards as well. Get a big wallet!
