NOC - Free Zone Company

hi guys, i need some help to clarify a confusion about NOC. my girlfriend is working in a company here in dubai. it has been 8 months since she started. now she has got an offer from a company in the jebel ali free zone. does she need to obtain a NOC from her current employer? thanks in advance to those who care to reply.

No, she'll get a 6 month ban whether or not she gets an NOC because she's worked less than a year.

yeah but that ban will be a working ban, right? and a ban does not affect working in free zone as long as it is not an immigration ban. am i right?

Immigration ban different from labour ban.
No ban if transferring within same free zone because sponsor not changing, otherwise check with free zone office or labour deparment - different rules apply for each free zone.
