I am an Indian with 3yrs experience in BPO industry in the platform of SAP. I have completed MBA in HR through distance education. I would like to get a job in HR field as HR assistant/Admin assistant in Dubai. I couldn’t find a job till now as I don’t have any experience in the HR field. Do I need to do any extra courses or training to get this job? Please reply.

good luck, i've got 6 years exp and can't find a decent job. but then again you might be willing to take their salaries.
