I hope I am in the forum....I have a concern with regard to my US Visa Application. I have filled-out and submitted the DS-160 Form. My schedule for interview is on April 23 and travel date is on May 15. I made a mistake on my Visa type. Instead of B1 for business, i erroneously clicked the B1/B2 (business/personal). I have no relatives in the US and I am travelling strictly for business (training in our corporate office). I will stay in the US maximum 3 days only. Will this pose as a major problem? I wanted to create a new form but cannot risk to cancel my existing schedule. It took me days to get the schedule.
Is it advisable to create a new form and schedule new appointment and then cancel my previous form and existing schedule after I get a new date? Or should I just leave the form as is and explain/mention the mistake during the interview? PLEASE HELP!
