Electrical & Electronics Engineer with 9yrs experience seeks a suitable job.I have experience in switchgear/Air circuit breaker/Main Distribution board/gsm shelter manufaturing.
 Around 9 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics industry
 Planning, Installation, Commissioning & Testing of Access control system (ABB/GARDTEC/HONEYWELL /ADEMCO/SIEMENS) , Fire Fighting system(SFFECO/KIDDE), HVAC(ABB/ECO), MDB(ABB/PTT/SIEMENS)
 Vast experience in Motion detector, Photocell, PIR, Heat detector, Smoke detector (Optical & Ionisation), Manual call point,Emergency push button,Manual breakglass, Fire bell, Siren, Keypad,Door magnet/Switch
 Planning and converting customer requirement as Production plan and ensuring 100% schedule adherence
 Implementing & practicing world class manufacturing systems like KANBAN, Two bin system(C-class item)
 Enforcing the adherence to norms for Raw material, WIP and Finished Products
 Conducting regular internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to preset norms thro’3R(Reduce, Re-use, Recycle concept)
 Implementing the quality standards along with D(Delivery),C(Cost),S(Safety),M(Morale)set by the management thro’ Annual Policy Deployment.
 Customer site support to various projects
 Preparing Electrical BOM for projects like MOBILY, STC,MOI & Raytheon

 Adherence to SOP(Standard Operating Procedures)
