Generally people set up them resume in several pages and i will say that this is wrong it should be only one.

As a CEO of www.alineah.com, we are receiving several cv a day and whats embarrassing is when it comport the following:

1. more then one page
2.disponibility date often not mention
3.the picture. Most of the time the picture is old, in holidaqy time.
4.Business pratice explaination and your target.
5.Show that you are ready to discover something new.

This is a market where people should be different by them agressivity, them rage to get what they want.

So if you believe on your self, sell it better to other.

I think you should read classified job ads in the paper, make friends and send your resume to them.
Check online directories extract company emails and send your resume. try different job boards. Also check www.midslist.com for job search and upload your resume.

Re: How to find a job in Dubai - Posting guidelines Jan 16, 2012
Hi

In addition to Andyba’s basic suggestions I would like add as per my experience to find a job in Dubai is not so difficult but you have to be patient and understand the requirements of the employer.

1. I have been involved in HR interviews and found majority of applicant’s gives some wrong or exaggerated information in resumes.
2. Most of the people just copy and past other resume’s details and even don’t know what they are mentioning.
3. For example; written in resume have excellent written and verbal communication skills but when comes to interview simply can’t speak or write few sentences.
4. You can copy the format of an attractive C.V but should show your real core strengths and abilities in the start of resume in a short brief as the start of resume is the most important part and to be crafted very carefully.
5. Do it yourself and must include your recent photo as well.

Thanks to emerging Internt Communication technologies, now the new tools are available on-line; you can also produce a very attractive video resume and can save your and employer’s lot of time and money.

Best of Luck
