I dont think so. I think US is running after the Middle East region bec of the gold, I mean the oil. Its the only thingy they dont have. (Alaska's refinery isnt enough.)

Global warming is going to become a big issue in just a few years time, and the polar ice-caps will all melt flooding the world anyway, sow e all better evolve to have gills to breathe under water.

The whole fighting about oil thing is stupid as it's all going to run out in a couple of decades anyway, so hey how about actually thinking of alternative energy sources.

But hey we're actually heading towards a new ice-age as well, so that's yet another problem, not in our lifetimes but for our future generations.

Oh wait then of course there's the giant space rocks that might hit the earth and wipe out all life as we know it.

Geee so I think there are many other things to worry about.
