Starting own business/working from home Jun 16, 2013
I have a business plan and want to start own business selling online within GCC but mainly in Dubai. As the entity established in FZ I won't be allowed to trade within UAE I would set up the company in Dubai/Abu Dhabi actually.
Now,my idea is to trade solely online and therefore I won't need any shop/warehouse to be rented.I believe I just need to get an office space.Would anybody clarify this as I'm not 100% sure.I found the companies who rent a office space(Regus, for instance) for reasonable prices and it really suit my needs. As a start up I want to keep my cost at the lowest level.
So my questions are:
1.To get a general trading licence do I need to have a physical shop or the office is enough for the authorities?
2.Where is better to set up a company: AD or Dubai? The location is not a matter to consider,I'm concerned about bureaucracy and paper work.
