Proxy Breaking/ByPassing Apr 10, 2006
After so much hue & cry about bypassing/breaking though Etisalat Proxy.
I had it enough. So i am deciding to pass out a fully instructive PDF Book, directing you on how to bypass proxy in U.A.E

Do not whine.. for the File.. you will get it. I will not certainly post it on DubaiForums, as i donot want to get it blocked.

For those who wants the file, raise your hands & voice.

I will include the full software, instructions + a list of proxies & ways to get them working + other technical stuffs.

I seek nothing, no money.. but sure seek credits & appreciation..

Will keep you updated in the same posts.. so wait until then

Just let me know if it works.

Remember: Using the methods, will not give u fast results, pages may take time to load.. after all you will be connecting to a far away distance.. and the response time can be slow as well

cheers.. let me know if u want anything more

Well it is quite easy... use a proxy with https connection... data is encrypted between the site and your browser so ISP's proxy software can't tell if the data contains any content to block.

Yo vicarage .. too many posts in one day !! woahh

So waz the big deal .. someone or the other would find an alternative to bypass their proxy.

The deal is to see how tough their proxy would be or simply an access list.

sorry for the many posts! actually just stumbled on the forum and quite interesting.

actually, after you get into the feel of browsing freely, i guess it will be a pain to start toying with ports, java scripts and creating tunnels.

lets see what happens but should be interesting when it does.

BTW, anyone experiencing really slow speeds? They just upped their bandwidth and its still crawling

JAP is pretty good as it's based on the TOR network. But I prefer using the TOR tool directly along with Privoxy. No risks of being tracked that way...

Nick is correct, using TOR has its solid benefits. However, establishing a cycle on TOR could take time. I used it recently and it works in the UAE, though not where i work as the firewall is quite solid.

Try tunneling through ISPs such as WebX. You may have to pay but with a tunnel, you jump on a dedicated IP from that provider directly. You may also opt for http tunnel.
