MORE building in Dubai ?^#$$^# Oct 10, 2010
I'm not sure if its a new project or one the old dreams but they told me it was shown in the latest cityscape and I know many of the real estates in Dubai are empty no banks finance so what the hell.

This one is actually still going on. Not sure it will be as grand as originally depicted, but the villas and other bits are complete. I think people might be moving in. There is a new exit off Emirates Road I noticed, and you can see the villas now that the cladding is gone.I see the ADCB banner, so maybe that is a clue?

Yeah I also heard Falcon city is one of the few projects that have been spared the gallows. Its pretty old though.

They should rename it to "expensive cage in middle of desert" city.
