Well my husband goes to this place (I think it's in Deira) that is men only where they scrub you down and remove all the dead skin and then you get a massage. I know it's not expensive, but he comes back feeling really refreshed and his skin is glowing. Recommend that you bring your own towel, shorts and flip flops. It is not high end, but he goes at least once a month. If interested, I will get the details and pass them on to you.

When you drive past one of those green and white cars with lights on the roof, honk, flip the bird and put pedal to the metal...
