I am a Mech Engg making 75K base salary... + Med + Life Ins + 401 K + Annual Bonus ******** Roughly 85k to 90k per year (depends how fat the bonus is)...

Does it makes sense to find a job in Dubai???

Can I get a better pay in Dubai?

Can I save better in Dubai..

Btw, I have 4 years of Product Development experience.

Actually I have other personal issues...

Moreover I would like to relocate to a different country for the next 4 - 5 years of my life before I plan to settle down in my hometown (in other words retire.. or do things I like)

good luck in your job hunt, from what i've noticed they aren't hiring many expensive expats any longer. i'm from the states and since i lost my job, it's been nill finding anything close to what i was making. so i'm packin up and gettin ready to head back home.

It sounds like you have a good deal there in the US, probably best to stay put if you still have a solid job there.

I would have to say "stay put". Depending on the state you live in that could be a very good salary. This is not the time to go exploring.
