Dubai is a Muslim Emirate and the UAE is a Muslim country. This is what foreigners must remember after learning the fact that headscarves are banned in Western European countries like France and Germany's school.

The fact that these foreigners are even allowed to speak and discuss in foreign languages while engaging in their own lascivious, promiscuous, immoral, lewd and sinful activities is wrong and unjust. They should be shown the door if they don't adapt to Emirati customs and system.

I think religion as a whole should be 'banned'!

Maybe they don't want foreigners to 'invade' their language and keep it to their privacy for as long as possible.
This keeps them up front when talking behind your back on the streets.

The truth is that, your friends are a little bit selfish. They wanna practice their English at the expense of your desire to learn a different language. You should be assertive and tell them to help me out to learn Arabic. They’ll do it if they are true friends.

I am learning Chinese now, and I always make it clear to my Chinese friends when we get together that I need their help to learn Chinese.
