is One TV a free channel or pay channel? I am not getting it with my receiver

I remember in an interview in E-Plus magazine the chair person - One TV said "I dont understand why one should pay for a Tv channel"

One TV's freee on air. :)

Yeah but it's not available on cable anymore. They've moved it to satellite feed only, so yes you end up paying for one of the satellite packages to be able to receive it.

One TV is pretty good but their scheduling sucks!
