I'm new here and would like to learn more about what the life of an Arab woman is like.

I'm from the US (don't throw things at the monitor!) and honestly don't know much about your way of life.

I would also like to hear about working conditions for women (stereotypes, restrictions, hurdles, etc).

Won't help. The spectrum is VERY wide. From women more liberal than USA itself, to women who are still locked up in rooms.
