Who are your favourites and why, lets get it going guys and girls.

I notice the advertising on Fox has it as "the biggest teams in the world competing for the world title - India, Pakistan, Australia and the West Indes. Guess the forgot about diddy England

Well i would like Pakistan to win it but i dont see that hapening with all the injuries weve got.

My second favourites are England but dont think they stand a chance, hope im wrong.

I think the finals going to be between Australia and South Africa, and Australia probably take it once again. But its not going to be a walk through this time around, most of thier players are old now and theres a lot of great teams around with some young exciting talent.

Cant wait

I think that New Zealand will be a force to reckon with this World Cup..... although Bangladesh beat them in the warm up match

Its gonna b India all the way.. well thats what I wish for.. if not Pak or Srilanka. Thats for the subcontinent spirit.

Lets talk bout the warmups, i guess India and australia did very well, south africa sputtered. pakistan though not full force are doing a good job as well. Man waiting for the 13th LOL

Actually J, we have no choice, we will have to wait and watch, just trying to drum up some support, get the thread going, waiting for Ian to come in and let us all know how we let the Aussies win yesterday

I think the ICC Trophy was a good indicator of form moving ahead.

Australia should comfortably win it... they have the team and ability... they just need to front up. Their complacency should be gone by now though.

Have been relatively disappointed with Lee of late... not sure we'll miss him.

I desperately need India to win.. more than that.. Oz to loose. hope this time around i'll not have to support, 'any team' that's good enough to beat aus..but Indian team, who've all the abilities.. n might in papers.. they just need to back up their abilities..

^^^^India do look strong but it might be 1 of the dark horses of the World Cup to take the crown Pakistan or Sri Lanka
