I started to look for a job, I have been sending lots of resumes to newspapers ads, I t's been almost 3 weeks and no calls, only one guy to tell me he would call me back for an interview, but so far nothing, and I cant reach him....I am an engineer (woman) with masters in Automation Engineering (Electrical/instrumentation) from Canada sponsored by my husband. I have more than 5years experience.
I wan to be more proactive, what is the best way to approach employment agencies??. Going there, sending the CV??, what works best??

Should I go in person to companies??, who should I ask for??, what is the best way to do it???

Anyone can share some tips or suggestions?

I would suggest applying online to all the recruitment companies.
Most of them, if not all, advertise.

Rather an apply to individual jobs, register with the recruitment companies and you'll hopefully get a response.
