You should be aware though - a lot of apartments for rent require an entire years rent upfront, or in two payments. If you look back at some old posts or do a search you will find lots of info on this topic. Beware though - rental prices seem to be going up on a weekly basis at the moment!!

It has a classified section for rentals and sales for both Apartments and Villas. Will give you an indication. You should beware though that many places require the rent to be paid a year in advance, or sometimes in 2 or 3 installments.

Whilst I think it is a good idea in principle, its not at all practical though in reality. As people have already stated, it takes a few weeks for the virus to become detectable, so a visitor could have his or her AIDS test before they set-off for Dubai, having only contracted the disease a few days...
