Hi everybody! In november I'll spend few days in Dubai and I've found a cheap hotel in Deira area. Is the zone safely to walk alone in the evening? I've lot of photographic equipment so I'm just a little bit afraid when I'm alone....and when I don't know the city...

:oops: :oops: Sorry! With "quite" I'd like to say safely, sorry... I don't need silence or no cars in the streets... When I'll be 80 I'll look for a house on a desert island... The hotel (Sadaf Hotel ) is in Maktoum Rd, it's cheap and in this case I've no problem if the zone is crowded.......

I've always been fascinated by Dubai and by its steady changes (in Italy is impossible see changes like these) and in few months i'll be there for the 1st time as tourist, so i'm looking for further info i'm not able to find here, especially about the lifestyle...

Hi all,
does anyone know the sadaf hotel. It should be located in Al Maktum Road. I booked it online but I can't contact them to have the confirmation of reservation.
So, does it exist??? I don't like so much arrive in a new place in night-time without a bed.....

Compliments for the cup...not really such a beautiful game..
Real pity for the party in Milan (the city, I mean), team's supporters really destroyed the town, the day after a lot of people were crying for damages....
