Tenants can come up with sorts of reasons, so rather than risk the problems, I'd buy without a tenant. There are places available, if we can help let me know.

I have been attending property exhibitions in Dubai for the last 13yrs, plus selling Dubai property since the Freehold conception came to being in Dubai. Don't understand your comment Ian, we're not spammers. Be interesting to know what your vocation is and why the aggressive comment?
