Yes taste is subjective. I think it looks like an exagerated VW beetle. I do think Americans do have some nice automobiles in their stable but the problem I think is they are making too many products out on the shelve and splitting up their resources instead of making a few good solid all round car...

You had a loan, and you're gaurantor deafaulted on a loan at his bank?
or
You had a loan and you both defaulted on that loan?

If it's the second, you will be arrested at the airport when arriving!

You have a loan... Your Gaurantor for that loan (and others) skips town leaving the loan unpaid. .... you are still responsible for it. Don't quote me, but I'm about 99.999999999% sure you will be held liable (as it was originally in your name) and be arrested at the airport upon Arrival

I would call the bank before I called immigration for obvious reasons.

If they say there is an outstanding balance attached to your name (in default), then you know for sure there is a warrant out for your arrest in the UAE.

I'm with Chocs on this one. The first thing taught in first aid is that you should not move a trauma victim unless there is an immediate need to do so. Good job on how it eventually turned out, desertdude but if the guy had been unlucky, he could potentially have been paralyzed for life. Thank you!...

Yes, such is the problem with a proper judicial system as well. On one hand, you can sue if your rights are infringed upon, but at the same time, people take advantage of the system and clog it up with ludicrous filings whilst the important/legitimate ones take longer to be addressed.
