Thank you, guys. I read some articles on the internet and I even called Dubai Labour Office. They said that there is no law regarding the passport and it is between me and the employer how we will deal with this situation.

stay there if your priority is not money. do not go to to dubai! you will regret it later. I have lived in singapore for 1 year. and i miss that city very much. dubai is desert. it is ok to live (better say:surviving) here but i would prefer to move back to singapore if I had a choice.

I have to find the company which provides transportation services for every day. I dont have a car and taxi is too expensive. thanks

i live in dubai marina area and i work in burj dubai area. actually, i need only one way transportation. from work to home.

does anyone know any companies which provide transporting services? since my company doesnt provide transport allowance, i have to find the way how to cummute home (only). thus, taxi is too expensive for every day.
