Another good area which is very close to the Emirates Towers is Al Diyafa. Rents are cheaper there.

Another plus for Al Diyafa is that there are loads and loads of restaurants that you can visit

I'd prefer some other location rather than Satwa. If it fits your budget then Jumeirah is heaps better and only a couple of minutes away from Satwa

Golden Sands is a nice well organised area which is in the heart of Bur Dubai.

Most of the places in Jumeirah are villas and to get a better idea of what they rent for, I'd recommend the Gulf News classifieds

With 3300 dhirams you could find something in Karama or Bur Dubai but if you raise your budget to around 4K, you could find something even nicer.

The Gulf News classifieds are a nice place to look
