One of the largest global contractors are actively seeking experienced Senior Project Managers for their numerous high profile builds in Dubai. Those successful will be degree qualified, or have an equivalent level qualification. You will be liaising closely with the commercial department on site to complete complex developments on time and within budget. Specific duties will involve the management of construction staff and sub-contractors and work to the tough package deadlines, releasing retention monies in accordance with contract terms and conditions in conjunction with the department quantity surveyor and undertake project management duties on large-scale or high risk capital projects. As well as the aforementioned, you will be expected to undertake the preparation of project budgets in conjunction with department commercial manager and quantity surveyor, make sure high H&S standards are maintained at all times, control and manage the design teams from inception through to completion and attend meetings and develop clear briefing documentation.
