Employment Visa Confusion

Hello People, I have been recently offered a job by a company which operates in business bay, they are saying that for quick processing we will process your visa as sales co ordinator or office assistant as it requires less documentation and is easy, they are offering me 10k as salary, but my question is if I get that visa will I be able to sponsor my wife or mother to come and reside with me dubai? is there any con to it, should i accept the offer or should I ask them to give me a visa with a proper title? will this effect my future employments as the visa will be of a funny category? please help me out guys.
