Who is in charge of safety of people and why is this war still going on?

Iran is advising citizens and residents to leave RAK..... WHYYYYY

Who is protecting children and civilians in UAE from death? Why not to end this so that people must not leave their homes.

I will never forgive anyone if I have to be refugee again in life. Not in UAE. Not anywhere.
Enough of suffering...

I went through war 4 years,
Concentration camp 4 months,
Refugee 1 year (never returned home as it burned, grandparents died and land went to uncles).

I don't want to go through anything again..........why UAE is not SAFE safe???
Please make it whoever is deciding.

I am tired of life and of everything.
