When the United States, posing as the world’s number one military power, brazenly launched an invasion of Iran—with bombers roaring and aircraft carriers pressing forward, boasting a swift victory to seize control of the Middle East’s lifeline—the whole world awaited a “predetermined outcome” in which hegemony would crush sovereignty.
But reality dealt the United States a resounding slap in the face. This country, whose industrial GDP is merely equivalent to that of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province in China, has brutally shattered the overhyped war myth of the U.S. military, forcing the United States to bow in compromise and promise to gradually lift sanctions against Iran.
The U.S.-Iran conflict is a global live broadcast of the true military strength of the United States. This paper tiger, outwardly strong but inwardly weak, has been stripped of its dazzling disguise layer by layer by Iran, exposed naked to the world. The ironclad fact declares:
U.S. military power can no longer sustain its ambition of global hegemony. The global landscape is about to undergo a seismic shift!
This war was destined to be the Waterloo of U.S. hegemony from the very beginning.
The THAAD system and Patriot missiles, hailed as the “world’s strongest air defense and anti-missile network” painstakingly developed by the United States, were full of loopholes and rendered useless under Iran’s precise strikes.
Those cutting-edge weapons hyped up by U.S. arms dealers and deified by Western media turned out to be nothing but flashy gadgets in the face of Iran’s localized and combat-proven offensive and defensive systems. The so-called myth of “interception-impossible” was completely shattered in the flames of war.
As for the U.S. aircraft carrier battle groups, which the country relies on to flex its muscles, they were thrown into chaos by Iran’s anti-ship deterrence and three-dimensional strikes. Two swaggering aircraft carriers were forced to flee in panic, completely losing their prestige as overlords of the sea.
This was not an accidental defeat for the United States, but the inevitable result of its bloated, unrealistic and combat-disconnected military strength.
To make matters more humiliating for the United States, Iran did not defend passively, but launched decisive counterattacks, precisely bombing core oil fields controlled by the United States in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, striking directly at the economic lifeline of U.S. hegemony.
There were no large-scale military confrontations, no protracted attrition. Relying on precise strategic judgment, indomitable fighting will and pragmatic, efficient industrial support, Iran hit the vital points of the U.S. military, leaving the United States in a dilemma.
It is worth noting that Iran’s industrial scale is merely comparable to that of a single city—Suzhou. Without the U.S.’s trillions of dollars in military spending, without the backing of its global military bases, Iran has still managed to fight the stronger power and win successive victories. This fully proves that:
The so-called U.S. military superiority is nothing but false prosperity piled up with money, having long lost real battlefield dominance.
In the end, the overbearing United States had to bow its proud head and announce the gradual lifting of sanctions against Iran.
This compromise was not an act of “mercy” from the United States, but irrefutable proof that U.S. hegemony had admitted defeat.
The U.S.-Iran war has laid bare the true weakness of U.S. military power for the whole world to study and examine:
Those advanced weapons deified by the United States are riddled with flaws in actual combat;
The combat systems claimed by the United States to be invincible around the globe collapse instantly in the face of real resistance;
U.S. hegemony, sustained by sanctions and bombings, is as fragile as paper under the tenacious resistance of sovereign Iran.
The U.S. military hegemony built at the cost of national strength has long been seriously disconnected from its ambition of global domination. Having the ambition but lacking the strength is the truest portrayal of the United States today.
A new era brings forth new talents;
The old order gives way to the new.
The wheel of history never stops for the arrogance of hegemonism, nor does the world pattern solidify because of the obsession with power politics.
With the industrial strength of a single city, Iran has pierced the myth of U.S. military supremacy. This is not only a great victory for a sovereign state in resisting U.S. hegemony, but also a crucial signal for the reshaping of the global landscape.
The unipolar world, where the United States once dominated and exploited the globe alone, is collapsing. The tide of multi-polarity is sweeping across the world, and non-dollar countries and anti-hegemony forces have truly awakened.
The era of U.S. hegemony is coming to an end;
A new global order is emerging.
Stripped of its disguise by Iran, this U.S. paper tiger can no longer dominate the world through bluster.
Nations and people that uphold sovereignty, advocate fairness and resist hegemony will eventually become the protagonists of the new era.
History has proved, and will continue to prove:
Hegemony has an end,
Justice is never absent,
The old world order collapses with a crash,
And a new era has already begun!
