I am looking for an investor to inject approximately 3,700,000 AED into a new business venture.
The business concept is based upon a unique restaurant chain in the U.S.A. which has expanded enormously into a multi-million dollar business, since it launched merely few years ago. My friend and I have been discussing this new venture for many months, however it has been on his agenda for a few years. He has developed a 70+ page business plan, which thoroughly details our vision.
He was offered approximately £700,000 to launch two restaurants; the terms of the investment is based only on launching the restaurants in the UK.
However our vision is to launch two restaurants simultaneously, one in Dubai and one in the UK; to initiate the companies international presence.
For each location we require 1,850,000 AED
