do these houses have decent gardens with them? Ours will be a 4 bed apprantly.

Yes- some villas are older and some are newer. Close to Jumeirah Beach and good access to SZ road and Al Wasl and Jumeirah Beach Roads-the latter two give you good access to supermarkets etc. Probably has some kind of garden-it varies. Four bed. sounds good.
