Any info about visitor's visa. I'm planning to visit Dubai around September and I dont know how to secure a visa.I am in China at this time.

You need to get the visa at the UAE consulate in Beijing. If there is no embassy there, then you will need to go to the special interests section of the Saudi embassy.

Do not fly to Dubai without a visa. You will be turned back.
