Where are you coming from, this will matter when looking at the salary. Do you have children or plans for children?.
Is your wife planning to work and at what level?

Considering you have not provided much in terms of background info(industry, education, etc, etc) and presuming the numbers quoted are annual figures its an "okay" offer but be aware that you will need to use your pay to subsidise for the lack of housing and car allowance. So think about the cost to maintain your current standard of living before considering the offer.

Hello XRW-147,

Thanks for the info.

I work within the Airconditioning industry and my position is a Technical support manager.
What level of housing and car allowance would you think acceptable ?. Would appreciate your feedback.

Depends where you will work and how far you want to live from your work matey.

Vehicle allowance should at the minimum cover monthly rental + running costs for a medium sized car - 2400dhs/month (~$8k/year)

Hi, XRW-147

The companies office is in the API Building , but i have no problem with travel as i will be working all over the region. I would however prefer to live in a 2 bedroom apartment as its good to be able to have a study.

The company will be paying for all fuel costs, i know fuel is cheap but im sure its still a consideration.

Regards Freonboy.

In that case look at getting the housing allowance increased to a minimum of 30k. Vehicle should be just enough to get you by.

Thanks very much for the info.

Would it be possible to buy a reasonable vehicle with the allowance being offered, maybe Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota 4Runner.
Looking at this type of vehicle from the safety cell viewpoint , if somebody decides to crash into me. As the fuel is included, economy not an issue.

Regards.
