hey all Bill here from the UK, I was just wondering what life is actually like over in Dubai? Is it as strict as they say it is? I was thinking of moving over for work related reasons but would just like to hear first hand about life there

Very difficult question to answer, for those of us who have been here for some years and understand and comply with the laws it is a great place to be. If you are one of those people that basically like to go against the ruling authority then it is not the place for you. If you have any specific worries post them here and they will get answered.
