I have been here for 2 years now and have been wanting to meet a deaf expat. I know sign language and have met many from other nationalities. Now that I am here, been wondering when I could be able to "dance" my hands again in sign language. If you are a deaf expat living in Dubai, I really do want to meet you.

I believe every country has a slightly to very diffrent version of sign language. I learned Sign language when I went to Pakiland somewhere in the mid 90's just by hanging aound a bunch of deaf people as it got irritating not understanding what all these dudes were saying i started to learn it. Became quite effienct at it in the 4 months I was there. Mostly forgotten now but I can still spell the ABC and my 123's plus a few senteces here and there.
