Hi guys,
So I am pretty clear right now on what I need to do to get all of the necessary documents attested before I am allowed to work/live in Dubai HOWEVER I am uncertain as to what is meant by highest educational degree.

I will not receive a physical copy of my university diploma until February 2007 at the earliest, but I am planning to move to Dubai by February 2007. Would it be acceptable to just get my official university transcripts attested without a diploma? Or could I get my high school transcripts and diploma attested instead even though I have completed university?

I tried to clarify with the UAE Embassy in Washington, DC, but I am still confused! I would like to get this all sorted out as quickly as possible so that I can get my residence/employment visas in order... Help please!

It is the University Diploma / Degree that needs to be attested and it will be done from here as part of the Visa / Work Permit submission.

Is it possible to get a working visa without a university diploma ??
