Newcomers - The Noble House Raffles Dubai

You may have to spend some time in the poor house afterwards (the cheapest dinner here is Dhs588 per person), but the memory of having dined at The Noble House will lighten your step for days................... (c)

Is this the same Noble House from Singapore? If yes then they are pretty good.

i can imagine the frustration of chiefs trying to bring out the taste using locally purchased tasteless vegetables and other ingredients ....

alot of the good restaurants fly in the ingredients from abroad fresh on the same day !!

I mis-read it.. a lot of good restaurants will have flies in the ingredients..

yes positive .. i wish 175bpm was still around he was a chef at burj al arab and they flew in fish from the north sea here.
