Have you ever heard of the Dubai Shopping Festival ? It is said that the fireworks show for the Shopping Festival is amazing , right ? Have you seen that before ?

DSF runs every year. It starts 5th Jan and runs to 5th Feb. The fireworks are on a huge dhow on the creek and it is very impressive, well worth taking a look.

I bought a very nice Pesian carpet from an Afghan man during DSF a few years ago. It has pride of place on my bedroom floor and no one is allowed to walk over it.

Very nice quality and very reasonably priced. Well it feels nice anyway.

fireworks, you know the things you light and they shoot into the sky and explode in various colours and shapes. You'll have to venture out to the shops and see what the offers and sales are, no one here can really tell you. take a look at www.mydsf.ae
