Yup, once again this has hit the headlines. It's nothing new, but when oh when will the authorities make it compulsory to strap children in their seats in vehicles?

Shocking.

Not just babies, but small kids standing and moving around in cars etc hurtling down SZR always made our blood boil..

I don't buy the 'it's cultural' crap - its a matter of education and discipline. There was resistance to belting up in the UK before concerted government campaigns made it unacceptable not to wear seatbelts.. same with drink driving and even more recently smoking in public, in doors.

Of course it's about education Shaf, when I was a child we never wore seat belts - then the Government did the whole 'clunk, click' campaign and people soon caught on. With so much info out there, there really is no excuse these days.
