Bad idea. Nothing is being launched for a while and if it is it is "on hold" indefinitely meaning you still pay but they never deliver. Steer clear for now.

I agree with maximus. Go for property near completetion.
2 bed villas, 7000ft plot, 3000ft BUA are going for 2.5 mill. Jan handover.

I told you back earlier this year this would happen Max so You owe me a pint mate. Sold my place last month to some twat for 2 million
