A man calling himself 'Bores' is trying to adopt dogs for fighting in Dubai. He has been contacting all the rescue shelters and is being pretty open about what he wants the dogs for and I'm sure he's approaching people on Dubizzle and other people advertising for new homes for dogs.

He's also after cats to use for baiting the dogs.

He apparently lives in the Springs.

So if you are contacted by this man trying to adopt dogs, please report him.

I don't understand why the authorities can't track him through his IP address?

If he contacts you tell him to contact me on this forum...I know what to do from there!

Bora Bora , purely because so many people use VPN's these days, it's virtually imossible to get an accurate IP as to where someone is communicating from. You can do reverse look ups of emails, but they also aren't accurate, as for example all Yahoo accounts appear to come from San Francisco. I did google his email and he also frequents Russian forums looking for girls to party with - so scum bag all round really.
