On a normal lazy friday ..apart from whiskey I try my hand at cooking something wicked.
This weekend I tried out Bamboo shoot Thai Curry!. Ofcourse I invited couple of my friends over to b my Guinea pigs.. It turned out good enough.. :D Happy for that..

Do you guys cook some veggie stuff? got any interesting easy recipes.. pls share them here..

I have heard healthier things come out of my arse!!!
You eat this rubbish???
maybe make the stock....then fry the vegetables wiith some onion and garlic.
then add the stock....cook for an hour with 2 spuds..(the starch will thicken)
blend....for a healthy soup...or add chicken noodles and chilli flake(only a little) for a thai soup?

pm me for more delicious recipies as I have no job and spend most of my days cooking!!!
And cos im feckin bored.
