.................and rents will go even lower!!! Landlords are keeping properties vacant and won't come down in asking for high rents. They are doing that in the belief that there is going to be an inflow of people during the summer. hahahaha Not to mention there will be about 40,000 properties to hit the market by the end of the year. Even with people living in AD and renting in Dubai it isn't going to put a dent in what is coming up. Good luck you greedy landlords!!!!!
