UAE must do something to stop greedy company owners and managements who don't do their obligations properly.
My children are engineers, fresh graduates, and my son passed an interview and company wanted to send him to work as Fire System Controller without any experience whatsoever, without certification, that is mandatory in the UAE... he had only one subject on that topic, it is not his specialisation.
First they wanted to rip him off by asking to pay for his own UAE visa...then what they said would be salary they rearranged to be salary + allowances.
I did not let him accept that scamming offers. It sounded to me as if a well-known company just wanted to find a victim to blame for fires and failed fire systems.
Either they won't pay engineers properly and they leave, or they hire freshers for cheap money just to cover up for shortage of experienced stuff.
What an irresponsible behaviour!
And who will stop such practices in the UAE?
Is it enough that company owners are multi billionaires, and nobody will care to tell them to do their job right? They can do whatever, send unqualified people to do tasks, just so that they can take all money to themselves, and give crumbs to workers...
People became so greedy, nothing can satisfy them. Even if they had mountain of gold they would want another on as well (as Qur'an says). Now we can see that everywhere.
It is spreading faster than fires, and nobody is extinguishing it!!!
