The complex will have all the latest facilities and amenities for user companies including office space, service apartments, shops, etc
The land has been acquired. The pre-construction stage including procedural/legal formalities like obtaining building permit have been completed. Each phase/block is separate and will be available for fitups independednt of the other phases.
We are looking for people interested in this. We would like to discuss different business possibilities. These may be funding (in the form equity for investment, venture capital, loans, etc.) buying or renting of space, establishing facilities, franchising, co-promotion and any other possible thing for mutual benefit.
