Hi all,
I am moving to Dubai next month. Our company is based on internet city and I am looking for accomodation close by. I heard very horrible news that 1 BR appt. costs around 80-90 K AED , is that true ? if so what would it cost to buy ?

The marina and the Greens are close to DIC.
The average costs there are 95K to 110K for a 1 bedroom apartment.

i just made the same move as you are lookin to do, and everything i saw in the marina was above 90K for a 1 bedroom. i did find a large studio for 85K and the greens the cheapest i saw was 105K for a 1 bedroom.
