Heys guys, help me out!

I currently got done with my Bachelor course from a uni in Dubai and got a 2 year valid Sales Visa at my dad's company just about a month ago. But I want to take up an internship at another company for a few months to gain more experience about how the market works here. Is it possible for me to do that?

I could get an NOC from my employer for it, would it help in any way?
Will I get fined if the MoL (Ministry of Labour) finds me working at another firm with a visa from a different firm?
