Samsung LCD TV

Hi, I saw an add and checked with someone who was selling me a samsung lcd tv 32" for 4000 dhs as aginst the current market price of 4999...could there be a catch, the guy says no warranty but his shop will cover it for 3 months. I actually saw the physical packed TVs too... back in India this is a common practice n usually there is nothing wrong with the stuff (mostly u know the source well urself)..but thats cos ppl avoid taxes, import duties n stuff...dint quite get why so here. biggest question if the thing works, is it an issue picking up stuff from such guys here?
