以广州为全球枢纽，以各国驻穗经贸总部大厦为实体载体，我们正式构建面向新百年的全球经济合作新体系。
本体系面向全球资源型国家、制造业强国、对华友好伙伴，搭建独立、安全、互利共赢的全球经济小联合国。
依托货币互换、易货贸易、数字人民币全球结算，彻底摆脱单一货币霸权束缚，构建联盟内部自主金融循环。
以中国14亿人口内需市场为核心底盘，联动全球双向贸易、跨境电商、自媒体流量矩阵，打通全球单程高效物流，重塑全球供应链成本结构。
推动全球人才自由流动、知识产权跨境授权、全产业链协同布局，实现技术、产能、资源全球最优配置。
待条件成熟，各国驻穗大厦将以独立经济体身份在中国资本市场上市融资，开辟各国长期、低成本人民币融资通道，同步加速数字人民币全球化落地。
我们承诺：不搞单边垄断，不制造阵营对抗，以实体大厦为锚点，以贸易为纽带，以金融为动力，以资本为放大器，团结所有和平发展国家，共建去霸权、共繁荣、可持续的新百年全球经济新格局。

With Guangzhou as the global hub and national economic headquarters buildings as physical carriers, we officially establish a new global economic cooperation system for the new century.
This system serves resource-rich countries, manufacturing powers and China-friendly partners worldwide, forming an independent, secure and mutually beneficial Global Economic Mini-United Nations.
Through currency swaps, barter trade and digital RMB global settlement, we break free from single-currency hegemony and build an autonomous financial cycle within the alliance.
Based on China’s 1.4 billion population consumer market, we connect global two-way trade, cross-border e-commerce and social media traffic matrix, realize one-way full-load global logistics, and restructure the cost of global supply chains.
We promote free movement of global talents, cross-border licensing of intellectual property rights and coordinated layout of industrial chains, so as to optimize the global allocation of technology, production capacity and resources.
When conditions are mature, each national headquarters building will be listed independently in China’s capital market as a separate economic entity, opening up long-term low-cost RMB financing channels for participating countries, while accelerating the global application of digital RMB.
We pledge to reject unilateral monopoly and bloc confrontation. Anchored in physical buildings, connected by trade, powered by finance and amplified by capital, we unite all peace-loving nations to jointly build a new century global economic order featuring de-hegemony, shared prosperity and sustainable development.
