Could anyone assist with a Law firm who can deal and has experience with Travel Insurance claims. I have been in contact with 10 UAE law firms however all seem to deal with Commercial Clients. I am of the understanding the UAE has relevant laws pertaining to Insurance Claims so a lawyer with this knowledge would be excellent.
At this stage a personal lawyer of any type may be able to refer me onto someone who suits my case.
Has anyone had legal dealings in the UAE, it seems quite a bit different to Lawyers in Australia.
