When i drove in Karama today, One hit my new car backside of buffer who came out from home and escaped without stopping. Then i checked my car, i couldn't find the scratch on the spot. So i also left. but i checked after reached the home, there is a scratch in buffer (paint). Please advise what can i do for thi
