People usually comment to something by saying, "if they were educated then they wouldn't say/ do that" or "people need to be educated"...
So, I was just thinking whats "EDUCATED"?
Name two or three characteristics which you feel a person must possess to be considered "educated," and explain why you consider these traits essential

1) To be anyone but Hiya
